Flora's Italian Cafe' is a family matter. Branco and Flora Raiac are the new owners of the Cafe; youngest son,  Branc is also part of the hard-working staff. Branco has had a love for the kitchen since birth ~~ he was born in the kitchen -- literally!! His mom did not have time to make it to the hospital.  At 14 he was an apprentice cook and at 17 attended The Culinary Institute in Arad, Romania. Branco and Flora met in a restaurant in Romania ~~ so you can see it's in their blood. At Cafe Maxx,  Flora is the pastry chef, hostess and whatever else is required.  At Flora's Italian Cafe you will enjoy the exotic flavors of food prepared by a Master Chef from the freshest ingredients. Don't miss Flora's superb deserts, including her famous Tiramisu.  Enjoy!!!
